1. Introduction:
1.1 You are licensed to use the Android Software Development Kit (referred to as the "SDK" in the License Agreement and particularly containing the Android system files, packaged APIs, and Google APIs add-ons) under the terms of the License Agreement.
In respect to your use of the SDK, the License Agreement creates a legally enforceable contract between you and Google. 1.2 "Android" refers to the Android software stack for devices, as made accessible through the Android Open Source Project, which can be found at https://source.android.com/ and is updated on a regular basis. 1.3 Any Android device that I complies with the Android Compatibility Definition document, which may be accessed at the Android compatibility website (https://source.android.com/compatibility) and is updated from time to time; and (ii) passes the Android Compatibility Test Suite (CTS).1.4 "Google" refers to Google LLC, a Delaware corporation organized under the laws of the United States of America and doing business at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
2. Accepting this License Agreement:
2.1 You must first agree to the License Agreement before using the SDK. If you don't agree to the License Agreement, you won't be able to use the SDK. 2.2 You agree to the terms of the License Agreement by clicking to accept and/or using this SDK. 2.3 If you are a person forbidden from obtaining the SDK by the laws of the United States or other countries, including the nation in which you reside or from which you use the SDK, you may not use the SDK or accept the License Agreement. 2.4 If you're accepting the License Agreement on behalf of your company or another entity,You represent and warrant that you have the necessary legal power to commit your employer or other organization to the License Agreement. You may not accept the License Agreement or use the SDK on behalf of your employer or another entity unless you have the necessary authorisation.
3.Your Developer Credentials
5.1 You acknowledge and accept that you are entirely responsible for all apps generated using your developer credentials, whether granted by Google or chosen by you.
